What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Fine Dinners only collects relevant personal data required for the purposes of event delivery. When you request a quote through our website we will request your name, email and a postcode of the event location in order to generate a quote based on location and then email the quote to you.
We retain this data for two reasons; as a point of reference so that we can access your quote and enquiry information and so that we can send you marketing emails advising on promotions and offers.
You reserve the right to be removed from all marketing communications at any time and you can either unsubscribe via the email or contact us at info@fine-dinners.com.

Contact forms
If you use a contact form on our website this data will be stored in email for a period of 12 months for customer service purposes, but we do not use the information submitted through for marketing purposes.

All personal data is stored on our secure system only accessible to our internal team and then specific chef allocated to the event.
Information on your event and contact details are stored on our system after collection for the purposes of repeat booking and future marketing of promotions and offers. Should you wish for this information to be removed at any time then please contact us at info@fine-dinners.com.
Please note that certain information will be retained should you wish to proceed with an event to ensure that we can contact you prior to or on the day of the event for safe and successful event delivery.
Specific chefs with access to this personal information retain it on the system temporarily for the purposes of preparation and event completion and are not permitted by Fine Dinners to retain this information after the event day. The information will no longer be visible to them on the system after the event date.

Our website uses Google Analytics to monitor website traffic and statistics. The information stored is only about your visit and no personal information about you is recorded by this software.

How long we retain your data
If you make a booking with Fine Dinners this information is retained indefinitely. This is so we have a record of the service we provided for you for administrative, legal and financial purposes.

If you have processed a quote or booking with us then you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
